Mica Basin Holdings LLC is a privately held investment firm focused on the long-term ownership of durable operating businesses. The firm was formed by a team with extensive and complimentary experience in investment banking, buyouts, and operations; the firm was founded with the objective of building a concentrated portfolio of high-quality businesses through direct ownership.

We invest our own capital and take an active, hands-on approach alongside an existing employee base. Our mandate is simple: preserve culture, compound value responsibly, and operate with a long-term perspective.
